“1. Return and Exchange Policy
At SilverArt Photo Studio, we strive for creative excellence. Because photography involves customized digital and physical products, our policy is as follows:
Service Bookings: Deposits for photo sessions are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital media, once high-resolution files have been delivered or downloaded, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Physical Prints/Albums: If a physical product (canvas, album, or print) arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Re-shoots: Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is a technical error on our part, we will offer a complimentary re-shoot. Personal preference regarding styling or posing (if not directed during the session) does not qualify for a refund.
2. Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our professional equipment and finished products.
Print Longevity: We warrant that our professional-grade prints and albums will be free from significant fading or discoloration for a period of 2 years, provided they are kept out of direct sunlight and high-humidity environments.
Data Integrity: SilverArt Photo Studio will archive your final edited images for 6 months from the date of the shoot. While we maintain backups, we recommend clients save their digital files in multiple locations immediately upon delivery.
Third-Party Products: Any frames or electronic displays sold are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Delivery Policy
We aim to get your memories to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Sneak Peeks: Usually delivered via email or social media within 48 hours of the session.
Digital Galleries: Standard editing turnaround is 7 to 14 business days. High-volume events (weddings/corporate) may take up to 4 weeks.
Physical Delivery: * Pick-up: Available at our studio in Ontario Tower, Business Bay.
Shipping: We offer courier delivery across the UAE. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days once the physical product is ready. Standard shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping: Available upon request; rates and delivery times vary by destination.
